Routine in the Womb is the campaign I launched in 2017 to raise awareness of the risks associated with stress during pregnancy, because no one was talking about it.

It's 2023 and still mums-to-be aren't being made aware of the increased risks of miscarriage, emergency and premature birth, traumatic birth experiences and more.
